Come to the “threshold of the universe” on Tropic of Cancer beach for the most relaxing, romantic, wonder filled time of your life. Our beach is unrivaled in it’s beauty-and amazingly, you will ofttimes have it entirely to yourself. It is completely safe, and utterly fascinating!
Once you stay at The Pines ALL other beaches will pale in comparison. Believe it! We are joined by three other contiguous beaches, so if you’re up for a little adventure-you can climb the rocky jetties to the other beaches and then through the jungle path to yet another, secluded beautiful beach. Bring your snorkels-we have a couple of little reefs on the beaches, or you can hire a boat and go deep-sea fishing or take a trip up the Exuma Cays. There are a couple of excellent, scenic restaurants only 10 minutes away so ladies, you won’t have to cook every night or drive to town to eat out. Words can’t begin to describe the experience! The Tropic of Cancer beach is one of the Bahamas most pristine, secret treasures, located directly on the Tropic of Cancer.
I call it the ‘Threshold of the Universe’ as it is truly a magical place.
When you have finished sunning and swimming in our crystal clear waters perhaps you would like to have dinner on the balcony. The top floor is vacant when we have guests, so our guests have access to the balcony and their complete privacy on the property. The house is centered on the beach and from the balcony one can see the entire beach and surrounding cays for miles.
So pop some champagne and enjoy the view. It doesn’t get more romantic than this.
After dinner, relax and watch Direct TV on your high def 42′ flat screen television. Each queen sized bedroom has it’s own private bathroom for everyone’s convenience. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living room for your guests. Both bedrooms are located oceanfront so you can be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.
